Melt Shop
At the heart of our melt shop are various medium-frequency induction furnaces, which produces liquid metal in a wide range of grades. Key points about our melt shop

Moulding
We have employed one of the world’s most advanced automatic No-Make moulding line for heavy castings. At our foundry, we have implemented a cutting-edge fully automated track time system for rapid mould transitions and precise mould assembly.
Our customized robots are equipped with advanced gripping and lifting equipment that allows effective mould handling while completing critical operations like stripping, pouring, and cleaning easily. As automation technology continues to evolve, we are committed to staying ahead of the curve, delivering cost-effective and efficient manufacturing solutions, and surpassing our client’s expectations.
Paint Shop
At our in-house paint shop, we execute our painting process and cater to customers’ bespoke requirements for paint finishes. We carry out the painting process for castings using flow coating, spray coating, or dipping process methods. We meticulously follow the C3-C5 painting procedure. We provide our customers with a variety of paint finishes:
- Multi-Coat Epoxy finish
- Top and Primer Coats
- Zinc Rich Primer Coating
We also offer customisation in paint to meet the unique needs of our customers.
Test House
Our autonomous testing facility offers a suite of mechanical and metallurgical testing solutions tailored to meet the needs of the industry. We possess an array of advanced methodologies for preparing and analyzing metals and alloys, accompanied by robust photographic and digital imaging functionalities to enhance our examination capabilities.

Management
Quality is at the heart of every project we undertake, for which we have a dedicated Projects and Quality team that manages the process from initial order through final delivery. While a central quality function conducts an extensive internal audit program, internal quality assurance in each department of our organization monitors daily operations. Throughout production, we carry out several quality inspection activities.
